Member of Communities Against Police Brutality Victim of Burglary, Hints Someone From Gov't Did It
Source: theuptake.org

Michelle Gross of Communities Against Police Brutality was the victim of a burglary...and she's hinting strongly that she thinks someone from the government did it.

She and her husband were detained by police in St. Paul on Fri. 8/29/08 while attending an organizing meeting of activists protesting the RNC in the Twin Cities.

They were not arrested, and eventually released. However, they returned home to find their garage and car had been burglarized. Nothing was taken, but documents and belongings had been searched. Interviewed at a gathering in Powderhorn Park on 8/30/08.

1. Just one more deed done in their intimidation campaign
Security forces have their marching orders from the elite: intimidate, intimidate, suppress and then intimidate some more.

2. This is just so typical of Communist countries like China, the USSR
and most authoritarian dictatorships.

They illegal detain you and search your person, and papers, making you feel like criminals. Then they search your house and effects, taking nothing, but clearly indicating they were there. We have become the USSR. Did Democracy really win the cold war?

These are clear and obvious violations of the 3rd Amendment to the Constitution.

"The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Well so much for the Constitution especially if it does not appeal to the republicon party.

"If this were a dictatorship, it would be a heck of a lot easier, just so long as I'm the dictator," Bush joked.
