3. We are in the f*cking Wild, Wild West
Wanted posters, reward money for bringing them in dead or alive, vigilante justice. I'm so glad to see the human race evolving. :eyes:

I'm sure the Freepers are just fine with the fact that we're giving "their" tax money to a dark-skinned, Islam-practicing Iraqi.

4. Our tax dollars being used for murder?! I'm appalled. Not only is their
killing illegal and unethical, but they want us to pay for it!

I will not sign on to be part of this mafia family.

5. Well, this will make it real interesting if it turns out to be bogus like
it was the other times. So we are shelling out millions for something that was in violation of US law.

8. now, shrub pays $30 Million to the cousin of saddam...now
what do you suppose saddam's family will do with that money ??...

here's a hint...

shrub gave $43 Million to Osama and his Taliban only a few months before 09/11...May 2001...

people begged him NOT to do it...

Bush's Faustian Deal With the Taliban, May 22, 2001
http://www.robertscheer.com/1_natcolumn/01_columns/052201.htm

-snip-
....the message sent with the recent gift of $43 million to the Taliban rulers of Afghanistan, the most virulent anti-American violators of human rights in the world today. The gift, announced last Thursday by Secretary of State Colin Powell, in addition to other recent aid, makes the U.S. the main sponsor of the Taliban and rewards that "rogue regime".....

20. and this sting is a real easy one...with bush* so desparate...
all it took was to entice 4 Iraqis into a great free housing deal during a time of war and famine....easy

then, walk-in with the tip...

sit back and eat popcorn while the Americans lob missles and rockets into the house...

collect $30 Million dollars...

These Iraqis must be totally amazed at the stupidity of shrub and his minions...

watch for another major terror attack on the USA, backed by this money...just like the previous Taliban effort...please wake-up America....please, before it's too late...

Imagine how much it would have cost us NOT to have them captured.

This was money well spent. The concept of bounties on thugs is long established and very successful.

Bush doesn't buy votes. He buys the people or actions that can get him votes, regardless of any "unintended" consequences.

And he uses OUR money to do it.

21. So, let me see if I have this straight.
Despite spending $1,000,000,000.00 a week on the US military, we are paying $30,000,000.00 to a cousin because he narked on them?

Are we offering a similar amount for anyone who comes forward with proof of Iraq's weapons of mass destruction?

And, if Iraq had them, wouldn't Uday and Qusay be the ones who most likely knew where they are? And, we had them TRAPPED IN A BUILDING? And, instead of capturing and interrogating them, we KILLED them, thus destroying any chance we may have had to extract this information from Saddam's boys?

And the link between Iraq and Al-Qaeda is where? I guess we won't be hearing from Qusay and Uday... :grr:

25. Why should my tax money pay for this?
Edited on Sat Jul-26-03 08:04 AM by patsified
These two men did not commit crimes against my country, so why are MY tax dollars paying for this reward? When I think of what $30 million could do for us here in America, it makes me ill. This is just the Boy King using MY tax dollars to pay for his personal vendetta against the Hussein family, and I don't appreciate it.
