2. it is great news
This is the start, hopefully, of a new democratic party, based on internet grass roots, and headed for a top to bottom sweep of the Dem ticket, and for a long dynasty.

3. You should retitle this thread "Disapproval Numbers!"
I saw this today with Schneider. Music to my ears.

9. Why does Bush always wears cowboy boots?
Too many lies, have come home to roost and the manure under the tree is just too deep! Cowboy boots are great for walking through all of it!

I believe that it shows that the thinking people of this country are "Mad as hell and not going to take it any longer" and are doing something about it. Even those which voted last time for their Republican party, are now thinking about what is best for the country!

You point is well taken, but you are looking at the glass as half empty, I am looking at it as half full! His numbers going down are great, but more importantly, the Democrats, as a whole, are going up, not just one person!

These debates are the best thing happening for the country. Let's not let them end too soon. We are getting the message across!

4. How long has it been
since the "values" part of the poll was won by the Dems? Hasn't it been a long while?

"Which party Shares Your Values: Democrats: 50% to Republican: 41%.

What I am seeing in my daily dealings with the world confirm these numbers.

There is hope!

5. Fabulous
Do I understand right that they favor Democrats over Republicans by 11 points?

That's fantastic. We might not just oust Chimpy McAwol, but the whole lot of them!

7. Hmm - Overall job approval = War Worthwhile numbers=49%
But yet only 46% Support War.
How can less people support the war than think the war was worthwhile?
It appears to me that people are resisting the notion that the war may not have been necessary, for whatever reason. If and when they ever become persuaded that the war wasn't worthwhile, either because the WMD justification was false or because of the continued chaos - or both - it seems to me that the Shrub support will sag into the low 40s or below.

10. Bill Schneider is still a dishonest little scumbag
During the report he attributed Bush's low numbers on the economy to the fact that the Democratic Primaries were critizing his job creation performance, not that his job creation performance is an epic disaster.

11. That's what Democrats are supposed to do!
Schneider acts like it's something immoral, instead of an obligation of their position.
Funny, I don't remember him criticizing Bill Clinton's critics -- in fact, I seem to recall him piling on, referring to him as "white trash,"
and acting as if his very presence in the White House soiled the country.
Meanwhile, this moron we're stuck with now commits one atrocity after another, and all Schneider can do is tsk, tsk over the fact that Democrats are actually acting like....Democrats!

13. Is that true?
The white trash part? I could tell this schneider guy was a weasel but I didn't think he'd be that low as to say something like that.

12. The pundits are out of touch
Schneider's no exception. BTW, I had no idea he ever called Clinton "white trash." Thanks for revealing your bias, Bill.
