BY JOSEPH MORTON

WASHINGTON — A group of Boy Scouts received personal praise today from President Bush for their response to the deadly tornado that struck the Little Sioux Scout Ranch in Iowa.

The contingent of 145 Scouts and leaders made the daylong trip to Washington from Omaha.

Those on the trip included 90 boys who were going through training at the Little Sioux camp, as well as 24 older Scouts who were at the camp helping to run the program when the tornado struck.

President Bush meets with the recipients of the Scouts in Action Commendation.

Also making the trip were camp personnel and the parents of four Scouts killed in the tornado.

6. They did extremely well.
My kid is an Eagle Scout. I would never have let him near *. Now he is old enough to make his own choices. He would choose to stay away from *.

I have a smart kid.
