Maryland (MD) Man Indicted Over Threats to Bush

A federal grand jury in Charlottesville has indicted a Maryland man on charges that he threatened to kill President Bush, blow up a courthouse and use anthrax against a Virginia prosecutor.

Jack Guyer, 25, of Hagerstown, Md., threatened to kill the president in September 2002 and later that same month threatened to use anthrax against then-Orange County Commonwealth's Attorney Timothy Sanner, according to the indictment.

5. too late, the man was ALREADY in jail for threatening law enforcement

officers....

according to the news article, he was
"awaiting relocation to a federal penitentiary in Cumberland, Md., where he is serving 44 years for mailing threatening letters to law enforcement officers investigating him in another case."
