1. LBN Rules... locking
LBN rules require that when a poster is linking to another article, the exact title of the article must be used as the subject line. In this case, the subject line should read "E-Voting Flaws Risk Ballot Fraud."

At any rate, this story is a duplicate. For more discussion on the E-Voting story, please go here. Meatloaf, it would be helpful if you could post your link to the MSNBC story in that thread.
