WMD May as Well Be a Four-Letter Word
The administration has been moving quickly to quash the brouhaha over the president's use of questionable allegations about Iraq's weapons of mass destruction in the State of the Union in January.

Senior officials keep taking responsibility, while White House folks say it was a minor matter and work hard to move on. President Bush, as he did so successfully with the also-at-large Osama bin Laden, doesn't mention WMD anymore.

"A reliable staple of past addresses, the four words did not cross his lips during two public appearances in Pennsylvania and Michigan on Thursday," Reuters reporter Patricia Wilson wrote yesterday. "Nor did Bush use the phrase on Wednesday in a formal update on the progress U.S. forces have made in Iraq that he delivered from the White House Rose Garden."

1. Will the media give him a pass as usual?
New events will take place and soon we'll forget about this "minor" thing. Just like no one is talking about the Iraq maps from Cheney's energy meetings!

3. We watched a 1989 military suspense flick with Gene Hackman

last night ("The Package") and all got a laugh when reference was made to WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION! Our SIL said Bush* must have watched this movie a year or so ago. It is on TV every so often so maybe he's right.

5. Once again, the President who ran on "personal responsibility"
Lacks the balls to stand up and say..."I lied people, get over it"
He is a chicken shit gutless rich-boy coward responsible for the deaths of hundreds of American troops (bring it on!).
What a gutless punk.

When does the impeachment begin?

Does the deaths of Saddam's sons make the invasion any LESS immoral or illegal?
