CBS MarketwatchNorthwest Airlines Corp. (NWA: 8.63, +0.13, +1.5%) intends to raise its fuel surcharge $10 each way, bringing the total surcharge on U.S. fares to $65 per direction. The Eagan, Minn., airline attributed the boost to rising fuel expenses, and said the change matches similar increases at other airlines. Northwest Airlines shares were recently trading up 30 cents, or 3.5%, at $8.80.
