ACCRA, Ghana -- President George W. Bush sought Wednesday to soothe African fears about U.S. interests on the continent, saying the United States isn't aiming to make Africa a base for greater military power.

Some nations have expressed fears that creating a U.S. military command dedicated to Africa signals an unwanted expansion of U.S. power on the continent.

It's not like his actions match or even come close to following his little demonstrations of compassion or heart warming promises. Look at what he has done and how these bad people that support his ideas have hurt our constant struggling democracy.

And yet he is still in office as the 43 pResident....... I'm stumped and amazed and ashamed.
