Japan to Negotiate Release of Abducted Citizens
I guess they got tired of waiting.

SEOUL, Jan. 14 -- Japan has dispatched a surprise delegation to North Korea
in what appears to be an attempt to negotiate the release of family members
of Japanese citizens who were abducted by the Pyongyang government during
the 1970s and 1980s.
