Correction: Congressman probe story (Rep. Jerry Lewis)

WASHINGTON --In a Dec. 21 story about a Justice Department appeal in a congressional bribery case, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the agency was investigating Rep. Jerry Lewis's dealings with disgraced lobbyist Jack Abramoff. The Justice Department is investigating ties between Lewis, R-Calif., and lobbyist Bill Lowery, not Abramoff.

2. If Lewis hadn't bought off the USA in LA by hiring her for $1MM

and the San Diego USA hadn't been fired, I'll betcha 'ole Jerry would be spending quality time with Bob Ney right now.
