What exactly was done.
Did they just make it easier or did they just cover their asses better??

2. I find nothing wrong with lawmakers trying to bring money to their state BUT

I think it should be reasonable. It should be something desperately needed and it should definitely not be frivolous such as the bridge to nowhere. If it is for a bridge, it should be badly needed.
