SANTA CRUZ -- Taking a page from their colleagues in Berkeley, a group of protestors took to the trees to protest campus construction in a redwood grove on the University of California-Santa Cruz campus, but they were met with arrests and pepper spray by campus police.

Yeah, it's in the media, but what democratic primary candidate is speaking to the issue of negative reinforcements and punishments used in and by schools and school police?

I haven't read of one candidate addressing this, but maybe I missed it. If so, feel free to tell me.
