ABC News found to be secretly taping reactions to gays kissing in public

ABC is conducting a social experiment gaging the reactions of the general public to displays of affection between members of the same sex.

An actor inside an RV parked in the area confirmed a witness account of ABC's week-long project. According to a police officer, "three or four" had complained about men kissing in public, but nothing illegal is going on. The actor told Fox6 that "Yes, we are working for ABC News."

....part of my childhood was in an high crime area that my views on Public Displays of Affection are different.

Because there was oftentimes so much violence there, I started feeling relieved when I saw the complete opposite - people holding hands and people kissing.

In other words, I certainly would rather see the "gross" tongue kissing than to see the complete opposite in public.

and other places with a high percentage of young people (18-25) who still reside with their parents... show a marked difference in the number of public displays of affection. In parks, Red light Districts (Love Motels), and public places... I don't mind it. The US is really freaking uptight about sex. To consider kissing "sickening" as some here on this thread consider it seems a little pathological. As long as the affection is consensual and isn't exhibitionist (like they are trying to find people to do it in front of) I don't mind it at all. More love please. The world needs it.

I think, obviously, it matters where you are engaging in PDA's with your partner. I'm gay, and I've kissed my boyfriend in public in Chicago (where I live) and Toronto (where he lives).As well as held hands with each other. These are two major metropolitan areas. Neither one of us has gotten any negativity when we've kissed. But, of course, the situation would certainly be different if we were in, say, some small town in Mississippi.

I hope everyone would remember that in 2004 that many of the major news media outlets CNN,FOX,NBC, etc, etc, showed gays kissing when talking about gay marriage. I witnessed some truckers reactions while on the road at truck stops and listened to the disparaging remarks..So this is nothing new here..

Because, other than the "outraged witnesses," this just seems like more of the same from the so-called MSM. Just like how they always seem to have plenty of shots of extremely obese people (shot from the neck down, see Exhibit A below), they alway seem to have lots of anonymous shots of Gay men kissing, usually stock footage from some un-named Gay Rights rally.:shrug:
