Senate extends Internet tax moratorium

The Senate just passed unanimous consent decree extending the moratorium on internet taxes for seven years. The measure now goes to the House of Representatives where swift approval is expected. The moratorium was set to expire November 1st.

5. They need time to figure out the best way to tax the internet as if it was a public utility
So far they hae failed in finding ways to tax it.
