More Than 50 Pets Massacred In Puerto Rico
Source: CBS News

Animal control workers seized dozens of dogs and cats from housing projects in the town of Barceloneta and hurled them from a bridge to their deaths, authorities and witnesses said Friday.

Mayor Sol Luis Fontanez blamed a contractor hired to take the animals to a shelter.

“This is an irresponsible, inhumane and shameful act,” he told The Associated Press.

Fontanez said the city hired Animal Control Solution to clear three housing projects of pets after warning residents about a no-pet policy. He said the city paid $60 for every animal recovered and another $100 for each trip to a shelter in the San Juan suburb of Carolina.

2. Fontanez ducking responsibility.
I don't know him. Is that a trademark or unusual behavior?

As for a city having a No Pets policy? Pets teach children how to be human, and they comfort the lonely and afflicted. It is inhumane to HUMANS to forbid pets and the city needs to rethink its basic humanity, because it has failed to show any. FORCIBLY REMOVING TREASURED PETS FROM LOVING HOMES? This mayor can drop dead and I hope a rat eats him.

4. My reaction would be to pitch the animal control workers right after them.
The animals were innocent. These fuckers were anything but.

6. Instead of these sons of bitches paying money to round up
these animals to have them killed, why not have them spayed or neutered to control the pet population. On second thought why not spay and neuter humans!! How god damn fucking stupid do humans have to be?
