White House: Al Qaeda trying to boost efforts in US
Source: reuters

WASHINGTON, Oct 9 (Reuters) - Al Qaeda remains the "most serious and dangerous" terrorism threat to the United States and is likely to intensify efforts to place operatives inside this country, a new White House report said on Tuesday.

"Although we have discovered only a handful of individuals in the United States with ties to al Qaeda senior leadership, the group likely will intensify its efforts to place operatives here in the homeland," the "National Strategy for Homeland Security" report said.

"We also must never lose sight of al Qaeda's persistent desire for weapons of mass destruction, as the group continues to try to acquire and use chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear material," it said.

The report said that al Qaeda has protected its top leadership, replenished operational lieutenants, and "regenerated a safe haven" in Pakistan's tribal areas.

3. They will send a tape and endorse the Democratic candidate, which means
patriotic Americans must vote for the Republican so that the terrorists don't win.

9. It's easy to calculate how this psy-operation works.Look in the news for the last homeland terralert
and measure the interval between. That's how long they figure it takes between PHEAR cycles for maximum psychological effect. Keep detailed notes on exactly what is "new" about these so-called threats. They play us every election... we need to play them with some announcements of our own.
