Source: Voice of Iraq

Baghdad, Aug 17, (VOI) – Interpol issued an arrest warrant against Raghad, former Iraqi president Saddam Hussein's daughter, upon a request from the Iraqi government.

"Raghad Saddam Hussein al-Majid, 38, is wanted by the Iraqi government on several charges of terrorism and crimes against innocent people," according to a statement published on Interpol's official web site and received by the independent news agency Voices of Iraq (VOI).

The site called on anyone who has information about Raghad's whereabouts to report to the local police station in their city.

Raghad lives in exile outside Iraq, with her children in the Jordanian capital Amman, hosted by the Hashemite royal family.

1. Umm. Isn't the Hashemite King our "friend"?
And hasn't tiny little Jordan shouldered a HUGE burden of refugees that WE sent them?

It might look unfriendly to accuse him or "harboring a terrorist"...

This must be a new program from the WH.. Piss off the last few friends we have..:eyes:

4. Does she know Osama?
Just thought maybe they were going after her because she can direct the hunt to finally capture and deal with Saddam's good pal, OBL. :sarcasm:

6. Interpol
I liked their first two albums, haven't heard the third. Glad they're trying to keep the world safe though...U2 does debt relief, Interpol does crime.

8. Wow, it is an act to "terror" to protest your father's execution? It is an "act of
"terror" to pay for his leagl defense fund? And guess what , many of the so called "insurgents " that she allegedly supports , are Iraqis who want their country back. This truly stinks.I may not have liked Sadaamn but pursuing his wife and daughter is outside of enough. Bush is exactly the as the Mafia! He will not rest till the entire family is exterminated.

14. Bush is worse.
The traditional Mafia, at least, had a hands-off policy regarding women and children.

9. So what's she supposedly done?
They probably think she has some potential to rally opposition to the invaders, so they label her as a "terrorist".
