"Two Russian fighter jets flew from Russia to the Georgian territory yesterday evening and dropped a 700 kilo bomb on the village of Tsitelubani," he said.

"Fortunately it didn't explode. If it had exploded it would have been a disaster," he added. He said nobody was hurt...

6. Why is it news?
Because Russia bombed a US stooge or at least tried to do so?

US bombs hundreds of places on a daily basis without any mention in the press. And even denies its involvement in bombing Pakistan and other dubious places like Somalia.
This is not the time to point fingers.
