AFPTOKYO (AFP) - Japan's unemployment rate dropped to a more than nine-year low of 3.7 percent in June while household spending rose as Asia's largest economy continued its longest post-war recovery, data showed Tuesday.

More profits, lower salaries. People happy. What more could a government wish?
On employment rates: Italy is said to witness a reduction in unemployed rates. Yes. People like me are hired for 2 or 3 weeks, a month, 3 months at low wages and salaries. Then are dropped, to start again (if they're lucky) for some other week, with another company, doing different things.
Many do the regular job of a full employee, but are paid as collaborator.
This may last for years: competence is never well paid. Experience goes to waste. Human resources? It's unknown to many companies, even as definition.
I read temporary jobs are very common in Japan. But guys appear to be satisfied of it down there. They like to change.
