Top Justice spokesperson's advice to White House: US Attorney firings won't be 'national story'
Source: Raw story

>>>snip
The top spokesperson for the Department of Justice expressed little concern and told a senior White House official that the firings probably wouldn't even become a "national story."
>>>>snip

"It's only six US attorneys (there are 94) and I think most of them will resign quietly - they don't get anything out of making it public they were asked to leave in terms of future job prospects," Scolinos wrote Martin.

Scolinos continued, "I don't see it as being a national story - especially if it phases in over a few months. Any concerns on your end?"

"Which ones are they?" asked Martin.

1. The top spokesperson was right
if he were only considering the ignorant trash in this country who don't care what the fuck bush and his fellow criminals do. Obstruction of Justice? No big deal. Lies? Who cares. Rape the constitution? So what.

2. Show's the whole "not tough on immigration" story a complete
hoax. It was chosen because a number of the targets were in border states...In other words, they were casting about, prepared to make shit up out of whole cloth.

How many times does this crowd need to be busted?

6. That must have changed somewhere along the line...
because they had a plan where they said there would be "political upheaval" in their little plan.

12. Decided to fire them and then came up with an excuse.
Which they then had the shining brass balls to feed us as talking points. If it weren't for the utter destruction, this would be what soap fans refer to as a PNL (point and laugh) moment. The Bushie acolytes look both sleazy and stupid.
