Yahoo headline, just now. Are they fucking kidding me? Do they think we're really that stupid and gullible?

17. That's exactly what I thought Ruby
Did they even look. Because you know this crew, they fix the facts to fit the policy. They set out to find nothing, so of course they found nothing.

23. I asked who Manson killed

Which, according to that Wikipedia article, is nobody.

Douglas, who spent significant time interviewing Manson during his time as a special agent, believes that initially, Manson's sole goal in leading "The Family" was to live out the rest of his days as an isolated demi-god ruling over a group of impressionable young people who would do his bidding. In order to ensure that they remained loyal to him, Manson convinced them that he really was a deistic figure who would protect them during the coming Armageddon and rule over them in a peaceful society afterwards. Douglas' theory goes on to state that Manson's followers took his prophesying more literally than intended and carried out the Sharon Tate murders in order to spark Armageddon. According to Douglas, once Manson learned about the Tate murders, he felt he had no choice but to act as if he were still in control and go along with the LaBianca killings in order to protect his image and prevent his followers from turning on him.

27. sorry, i thought you were asking for information

if you want to debate manson's responsibility, i have no special insight, but i might point out that a jury disagreed with you and douglas. you don't have to actually wield the murder weapon to be guilty of killing someone. in any event, even douglas clearly saw manson's involvement in the labianca murders, even if he was not involved in the tate murders.

In other news... A team of fox detectives is investigating the escape of several chickens from an apparently unlocked hen house.

It's true - I saw it on Fox News.

7. Of course, the
US is not going to find any abuse - they perpetrated the abuse!

I'll bet most civilized countries would look at what happened at Gitmo in another light.

And, I'm sure the prisoners who were abused have their own thoughts on this too.

which were overheard by a Marine Corps Sgt as she listened to a nearby table talk about beating up detainees. Not the entire instution or the last 5 years of GITMO.

Al Capone finds No Evidence of Massacre in Clark Street Garage
By Jack Rabbit

Chicago --
South Side businessman Al Capone said he has personally investigated the incident yesterday in the garage at 2122 N. Clark Street in the Lincoln Park neighborhood in the North Side and finds that there is no evidence of a massacre.

Mr. Capone cites the statement of Mr. Frank Gusenberg, who told police "nobody shot me." A short time later, Gusenberg died from a sudden case of lead poisoning and .45 caliber hemorrhaging apparently caused by projectiles flying from a Thompson machine gun. Six other men were already dead at the scene with similar symptoms when police arrived at the garage yesterday afternoon.

14. If They Investigated a Rape, They Would Talk to All But the Victim!
Seriously!

How in the hell can you do a supposed "thorough" investigation of wrongdoing without even bothering to interview any alleged victims?

"Support the troops!" even if they are guilty of war crimes, huh?

Will Charles Manson reveal that those murders he committed in the 1970's were
just a simple misunderstanding?

Yeah, that's smart. Let's let the lunatic torture advocates decide what's abuse and what isn't.

Everything is going nutsy cuckoo around here.
