Hillary will come to NH on March 10 (for state party's biggest fundraiser)
CONCORD – New York Sen. Hillary Rodham Cllinton has accepted the state Democratic Party's invitation to appear at its biggest annual fundraiser, UnionLeader.com has learned.

Party officials say that Clinton, who officially entered the 2008 Presidential campaign last Saturday, will appear at its 100 Club fund-raising dinner in Nashua on March 10.

State Democratic Chair Kathy Sullivan called Clinton "a dynamic, articulate leader who will be welcomed to the Granite State stage with tremendous excitement.”

According to the state party, the “100 Club” Dinner, first held in 1959, was originally organized by New Hampshire supporters of John F. Kennedy to raise his profile.

So do Democrats acting like Republicans, and Hilly *LOVES*
to do that when she thinks it's politically expedient. So
your point is?

6. It would seem that protesting a Democratic candidate IS acting like a Republican
Perhaps we should worry about doing our job, electing Democrats, rather than doing the Republicans' work for them.

That's why I'm going to work *VERY HARD* to block the unelectable
Hillary. The quicker we get her to see the light, the quicker we'll
get to hear the voices of electable Democrats.

11. Wouldn't supporting another candidate be a more constructive way of 'blocking'
Senator Clinton's candidacy? Unless you think that all the other Democrats running are to weak to do that.

No. I've seen how this shit works (in past years) --
the "annointed" one wins. That's how we got saddled
with that lamer Kerry in 2004.

12. Why would you have to work hard if Sen. Clinton is so "unelectable"?
I mean if she is hated by Democrats as DUers seem to claim she is how will she ever survive the primary process?

18. After Gephardt bailed, he sure was in '04.
If you doubt that, see Tom Vilsak's actions in Iowa.

28. Is this what one calls a persecution complex?
Deaniac wasn't a slur.

The insult was your holding onto old grudges.

"closely held feelings of betrayal."

7. She came to a Kentucky Dem fundraiser last year and brought in
over $600,000, the most ever in Ky. for such an event. Bill came later for John Yarmuth and two other dem candidates for the House. (Yarmuth won against incumbent Anne Northrup, a Bush flypaper.) Thanks to both of these fine democrats for helping Kentucky's democrats. Barack Obama also came to support the democratic tickets in Kentucky before the Nov election. Thank you, Barack.

10. She'll be there earlier, too - Feb 3-4
Several hours later, Clinton campaign national field director Karen Hicks said Clinton would make her first visit to the state since 1996 during the first weekend in February. Hicks had no details other than to say Clinton would be "getting around the state and meeting people."

If they are, they're probably equally DLC.

The Nashua City Committee and the NH State Party tend
to run towards candidates like Biden, Lieberman, and
Clinton. (And, oh yeah, Gephardt!)
