6. MSNBC hasnt confirmed this ruling

Olberman said that a judge was ruling on extending Cuyahoga County voting hours but hadnt decided the issue at this point. Hopefullly, CNN is right on this though becuase it helps Brown big time!

11. 9:00. Just watched an interview with a local BoE rep. He said polls close at 9p in 16 locations

in Cuyahoga County that have been plagued all day with long lines, broken machines, etc. I'll see if I can find a link.
