Two Task Force Lightning Soldiers die

MULTINATIONAL DIVISION – NORTH PAO

TIKRIT, Iraq – Two Task Force Lightning Soldiers assigned to 3rd Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, were killed Sunday, Oct. 15, as a result of injuries sustained due to enemy action while conducting operations in Salah Ad Din Province.

The names of the deceased are being withheld pending notification of next of kin and release by the Department of Defense.
