US forces bomb Afghan family home

US forces in Afghanistan have admitted bombing a house near the city of Ghazni, in which at least eight people, including three children, were killed.

Afghan sources say that the Americans had intelligence that Taleban fighters were preparing an attack from a house.

But when the house was bombed, it was an Afghan family which was killed.

American embassy officials in Kabul confirmed the bombing, but told the BBC the incident was still being investigated.

If we would have focused on Afghanastan instead of running off to start the disaster that is Iraq this stuff would not be happenning.

The Afghans have rope a doped the best of them. The British, the USSR, the USA, and others. Invading Afghanistan was a fools errand from the beginning. If the people who planned 9/11 had been inside Afghanistan at some point, why in the heck would they have stuck around until bombs started falling? So we blew up some jungle jims, ropes hanging from tress, and some ditches filled with water and say we destoyed their traing camps. Who is kidding who here? Those kinds of training camps can be duplicated anywhere. What happened on 9/11 was a crime, not an act of war. It should have been investigated as such.
