IBM Moving Procurement HQ To China

IBM is moving its large procurement division to China. It’s now headquartered in a suburb of New York City. IBM says its relocating its global procurement headquarters to China to take advantage of “emerging market opportunities”. This marks the first time IBM has moved one of its largest divisions to China.

Corporations that offshore and hide income in foreign counties should be ineligible for government contracts,

Now I guess IBM will get them all assembled in china now too.

all they need is a US sales force.

I firmly believe that there will be a point when China says "Why should we settle for a percentage when we can own the whole thing?" Then they'll announce all companies within their borders have been nationalized.
