In addition, the link provided in this thread leads to the Drudge Retort, not the Drudge Report (although, most of here find the Retort to be a bit more valuable). :-)

Who was that WH insider, can't remember, who said something about in the Bush administration all decisions were about politics and nothing about policy.

Looks like the cartoonist is saying that "politics" is coming back to bite him, so to speak. A commentary about lack of "policy" in Iraq or anywhere else IMO.
