Governor agrees to parole killer (Da Terminator sets U free!)

. . SACRAMENTO, CALIFORNIA -- Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger agreed to parole a woman who killed her husband's mistress in 1987.

The decision, which came Wednesday, marks a departure from former Gov. Gray Davis, who during his five years blocked paroles granted by the Board of Prison Terms, approving eight of 294 cases. He twice rejected parole for Rosario Munoz, the woman to be released.

1. Hmm
Didn't Pat Brown catch hell in the 1960s for stopping the execution of Carol Chessman? What was that about?

2. Davis wouldn't parole anyone
I hope that this isn't just a Thanksgiving thing

Davis never paroled anyone even though his parole board issued plenty of recommendations

4. Good
This is a very good thing.

Trust the parole board.

Davis' 'no-parole' policy was actually ruled illegal by a judge. Arnold's policy is actually the more 'liberal' one.

5. What will Arnold do if she kills again?
Blame it on Davis, no doubt!

6. Interesting
One of the main reasons I never voted for Davis was the fact that he was an advocate of state sanctioned murder.

Good for Arnold, I know about this woman's case and Davis committed a crime against humanity and morality by blocking her parole.

"She worked 15 hours a day making children's dresses to support her three children, her husband, his girlfriend and their daughter.

After 14 years of abuse, she fired a gun at her husband, but the shot killed his lover instead. "

At least we have a Democrat House and Senate here in Cal. I doubt that John Burton, et.all will allow Ahnald to go ape-shit the way the bush and the bushites have.
