Iraqi police say they're ill-equipped and frustrated by U-S troops
http://www.kfvs12.com/Global/story.asp?S=1542310

Baquoba, Iraq-AP -- Resentment toward Americans in Iraq isn't just coming from insurgents -- members of the Iraqi police force say they too are frustrated by the occupying forces.

Iraqi police complain that they're underpaid and poorly equipped, yet are forced to work in the most vulnerable security positions. And they don't like going on raids with U-S troops, who they say push around Iraqi women and humiliate their husbands.

About a dozen Iraqi police officers spoke to the Associated Press, and all but one had negative feelings toward the U_S.

Most say they are dedicated to keeping Iraqi cities secure, but have little loyalty to Americans. Some openly admit they wouldn't tell U_S troops if they knew of a plot to attack them.
<snip>

There was one dissenting officer. Link to see. It's kinda sad.

2. You can bet that some words from the one who dissented will find their
way into a Chimpy campaign speech. You see, dissent is a GOOD thing!

3. I don't blame them
"As for the one officer with positive feelings toward the U-S, he says Americans deserve praise for rebuilding Iraq."... This guy is going to be toast. He is selling out his countries traditions and oil for a few bucks in his pockets.. No doubt he will be promoted for his treachery to his own people as our politicians are.

5. I think there is already a lot of dead Iraqis that felt this way.
Part of privatization: More people die for money than country...

or belief...

or love...

Dying for greed is the new paradigm in America's world.

Pass the kleenex and the gun.

My country has gone to hell and I don't want to follow.
