Bush to urge Israel to spare civilians
So he sits in Germany eating b-b-q pork for a few days while Lebanon burns. His UN attack dog veto's ant condemnation of Israel and then says "Be careful not to hurt them too bad" I'm impressed:sarcasm:

2. This is the same way he reacted to Katrina
Edited on Fri Jul-14-06 07:46 AM by DoYouEverWonder
He's besides himself with joy that he just might get his Armageddon, that he has to stuff himself with a Pork roasted on a spit.

Bush is happiest when a lot's of people are getting killed at the same time. The more the better.

Bush's photo ops are carefully staged events. This was deliberate.

15. Eating pork was a particularly nice touch...
...since it's unclean to Muslims and Orthodox Jews. No wonder he felt the need to mention it five times during the press conference; just to get the point across that he doesn't really give a shit about either of them.

18. The Jews are in the same boat
with the anti-Castro Cubans. They will always be one step away from achieving their goals because they put their faith in BushCo.

20. "the Jews"?
Jews and Israelis are not interchangeable. Did you mean Israelis, or were you also referring to American Jews?

Oh, that's right, they don't count, because WE are killing them. WE have the right to do whatever we damn well please, 'cause we're AmeriKKKa.

16. They said the anti-christ
would fool everyone.

I always thought the anti-christ would be more sophisticated and a better dresser. Who ever though he would come back a bumbling make believe cowboy with a coke habit?

Bush to press Israel to spare civilians

By TOM RAUM, Associated Press Writer 27 minutes ago

limit civilian casualties as it steps up attacks on its neighbor, a promise that fell short of Beirut's calls for a cease-fire.

"President Bush affirmed his readiness to put pressure on
Israel to limit the damage to Lebanon as a result of the current military action, and to spare civilians and innocent people from harm," said a statement from Lebanese Prime Minister Fuad Saniora's office.

The White House confirmed that Bush called the Lebanese leader, but would provide no details of the discussion.

Bush's conversation with Saniora as he flew here from Germany was part of a round of telephone diplomacy aimed at quelling the flare-up in violence in the Mideast. The president also spoke with allies Egyptian President
Hosni Mubarak and Jordan's King Abdullah II about the violence in their neighborhood, the White House said......

13. half of my family is Jewish
another portion Japanese-American.... and the rest WASPS....

I don't believe I have ever been anti-semitic in any way and I am not now....but I find I have only disgust for the government of Israel. And for the neocons there and here.

If, like in the Spanish civil war.... a friend came and said, 'Let's go fight the fascists...' I think I'd grab my SKS and trot on out to fight the sonsofbitches.
