...Democrats acknowledged they did not have the votes to sustain a filibuster. But they said they would use points of order to slow the legislation, whose passage is a top priority for President Bush.
Sens. Dianne Feinstein of California, Ron Wyden of Oregon, and Kent Conrad of North Dakota, all Democrats, announced on Sunday that they would vote for the bill.
Other Democratic senators who have endorsed it include Max Baucus of Montana, John B. Breaux and Mary L. Landrieu of Louisiana, Blanche Lincoln of Arkansas and Ben Nelson of Nebraska.

I would really encourage DUers who are represented by any of these senators, especially Feinstein, Wyden and Conrad, to contact them tonight by phone and encourage everyone you can convince in your states to do the same.
The others are Collins of Maine (Republican), who doesn't like the bill particularly but thinks nothing better will come about (why not??? bad isn't better than nothing...) and also Tom Daschle, who is refusing to support the filibuster, even though he says the bill is despicable.

Anyone can contact Daschle, not just state residents:
