Fourth Fort Campbell soldier charged in Iraqi deaths

The U.S. military in Iraq today announced that a fourth Fort Campbell soldier has been charged with murder in the May 9 shooting deaths of three Iraqis detained by U.S. troops.

Spc. Juston R. Graber, 20, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, has been charged with one count of premeditated murder, one count of attempted premeditated murder, one count of conspiracy to commit murder and making a false officials statement.

He is at Contingency Operating Base Speicher and has been restricted to administrative duties.
Military officials did not say why the charges were not announced until today.
