The lawyers at the Bank of England will be getting their money from the BCCI scandal.

Perhaps we should review the BCCI scandal in brief-it was a spook bank that facilitated a lot of things like defense contract commissions (BAE) paid to Saudis that wound up financing Osama bin Laden, drug deals, illegal arms traffic, etc.

It figures that the lawyers would get some of the criminal proceeds.
