Former Giuliani aide cites asthma after Sept. 11
May 17, 2006

NEW YORK (AP) _ An official in former Mayor Rudolph Giuliani's administration began suffering from severe asthma after working at ground zero in the aftermath of the Sept. 11 attack on the World Trade Center, a friend said Wednesday.

Former Deputy Mayor Rudy Washington has lost weight and "is suffering from debilitating respiratory problems," said Randy Mastro, a friend who also worked as a deputy mayor in the Giuliani administration.

"He's had to be rushed to the emergency room on more than one occasion," Mastro said.

Washington filed for workers' compensation medical benefits and presented his case to an administrative law judge, who ruled that he was entitled to the benefits, Mastro said.

1. Giuliani was involved in hiding real information about the toxic air
in NYC after 9/11. I wonder how Giuliani feel about his friend dying because he was part of the problem!

2. Why should Guiliani care?
He's too busy stuffing his pockets with BushCO money to even notice.

4. Bush "gassed his own people"
when he purposely prevented information about the toxic conditions from being known.

6. On the bright side is th admin law judge ruling in the man's favor, because
... it sets legal precedent for the rest of the coming tidal wave of claims. And gods willing, it will help with any class action law suits, which I fervently hope are coming soon.

Bush and Christie Todd Whitman signed the death warrant for thousands upon thousands of New Yorkers with their false claims of safe air after 9/11. They should rot in Hell, but since neither you nor I has any say in post-mortem justice, we can only pray for justice here on Earth.
