Gas Bombs Fail at U.S. Embassy in Mexico

MEXICO CITY (AP)

A man tossed two gasoline bombs Sunday at the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, but caused little damage and no injuries, police said.

The man threw two gasoline-filled bottles over security barricades, according to police. One burned out on the concrete stairs leading up to the building without causing major damage, while the other apparently failed to ignite.

Police arrested the man, and embassy officials were checking the building. ---

Alcohol or kerosene is the usual fuel, together with a thickening agent.

This man is a total idiot. If he used real gasoline, he is lucky he didn't blow himself up. What did he use, champagne bottles? Those things are indestructible!

For all we know this man had a grudge against his wife, Americans are targets for every idiot on the loose!
