Poll: New Yorkers Support Gay Marriage
So since Republicans are so big on state's rights and majority rule ("let the people vote") I guess this means that they think blue states should all be able to legalize gay marriage, since the majority of citizens there are for marriage equality.

Right?

Right?

Poll: New Yorkers Support Gay Marriage

(New York City) The majority of people across New York State support same-sex marriage according to a new poll released Monday.

The survey shows that 53 percent of prospective voters support marriage equality for gays and lesbians, while 38 percent do not.

The poll was conducted by Global Strategy Group in March for Empire State Pride Agenda, the state's largest LGBT civil rights organization and has a margin of error of plus or minus 3.8 percent.

It is the third Global Strategy poll for Pride Agenda and shows as New Yorkers continue to become aware of gay and lesbian families support for same-sex marriage grows. An identical poll in 2004 found 47 percent in favor of marriage equality with 46 percent against.

1. Let the People Vote!
If the red states can vote to outlaw gay marriages, then New York can vote to allow it!

What's good for the goose is good for the gander!

5. You're right about that.
Or if not vote, let the State legislatures reflect that opinion.

That's how it was in Canada before the Libs made it a national thing (which is good).

2. Yet
Hillary and Schumer both still oppose it. Wow, how liberal and progressive of them!

3. Hillary is overrated!
Hillary is overrated. She's really a political opportunist of the highest order.

A good female political rolemodel is Barbara Boxer. Hillary is corporate friendly. She's a cameleon.
