Man With Ties To Central Fla. Climbs Tower

MIAMI -- A man remained on top of a tower in Miami Wednesday, asking for help to find out the truth about his brother's disappearance 44 years ago.

Robert Annable climbed the tower behind the Miami Herald Thursday that sits on a barge on Biscayne Bay. He placed an American flag upside down and a Prison Of War flag above that.

The man has also been in contact with Local 6 News partner Florida Today. He sent a thick packet of information to a reporter, listing his efforts over the years to get information about his brother's disapearance at the height of U.S. troubles with Cuba.

The packet has a return address to a post office box in Scottsmoor in northern Brevard County, according to the Florida Today report.
