CAIRO (Reuters) - United Nations investigators probing the killing of former Lebanese Prime Minister
Rafik al-Hariri cannot meet Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, Syrian Information Minister Mahdi
Dakhl-Allah said on Thursday.

Asked if Syria would reject any meeting between Assad and the U.N. investigation commission,
Dakhl-Allah said: "Absolutely." He was speaking to Egyptian radio in remarks monitored by the British
Broadcasting Corporation.

2. I wonder if UN investigators would be allowed to interrogate Bush or Blair

...for anything. It somehow sees demeaning for a country to allow its leader to submit to foreign interrogation. I can't see any country allowing it. Has it ever happened voluntarily?
