SAN FRANCISCO, Nov. 3 — Two men convicted of murder whose cases have because international political causes will be among the candidates on the ballot when Californians vote in the presidential primary next March, according to an official list released Monday.

3. I am not as familar, unfortunately, with the Mumia case,

but Leonard Peltier is alsmost certainly innocent of the murder he is serving for. The case is transparently trumped-up and the "evidence" against him is laughable. He should have been freed years ago, but he is serving a political sentence and so will continue to rot in jail.
