"Drawing on money they raised for a fund bearing their names, former Presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton are scheduled to award grants Wednesday in New Orleans to 34 college presidents from the three states that were devastated by Hurricane Katrina.
The ceremony will be held at midday in a tent in front of the Earl K. Long Library on the University of New Orleans campus. The recipients of money from the Bush-Clinton Katrina Fund lead colleges in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama."

"Former Presidents George Bush and Bill Clinton announced how $90 million of Katrina donations would be dispersed in the affected states.
The announcement came at a press conference at the University of New Orleans Wednesday afternoon.
Donations include a gift of $30 million to colleges and universities, which include UNO, Tulane, Loyola, Xavier, Dillard, Delgado, Holy Cross College, Nunez and other colleges in south Louisiana and Mississippi"
