“Some thought it smelled a little bit,” Bill Connelly said yesterday. “But they didn’t inquire further.”

Mr. Connelly, whose clients in the matter include Toledo City Councilman Betty Shultz, Lucas County Commissioner Maggie Thurber, and former Toledo mayor Donna Owens, said others had no idea it was a problem and were “flabbergasted” to learn he was under investigation.

1. Can we tie Bushitler to Ohio? As in 15% approval -massive scandal -Ohio?
Could be very damaging to demonstrate just how tightly connected Bushitler is with the Ohio GOP scandal/sleaze/stealing machine.

2. Seems Bush doesn't think campaign laws applied to him?
They are just an inconvenience to work around. This isn't the only example of BushCo's blatant violation of campaign laws.

up.

And thank you THANK YOU Toledo Blade...their investigative reporting and doggedness under extreme pressure to drop this story long ago is the ONLY reason this whole mess has been uncovered.

I have no DOUBT AT ALL this entire mess/scandal this will eventually lead to Diebold, somehow.
