Judge Declares Mistrial in Gotti Case

NEW YORK - The judge in the John A. "Junior" Gotti racketeering case declared a mistrial Tuesday on the most serious charges after the jury came back deadlocked.

that the jury was bribed or threatened. Maybe the government didn't prove its case.
