Iran: World fed up with extensive violation of human rights by US Tehran, July 13, IRNA
Iran-US-Human Rights

Iran accused the United States of extensive violation of human rights both inside and outside the US soil here on Wednesday.

Foreign ministry spokesman Hamid Reza Asefi reacting to interfering statement of US President George W. Bush, said, "The United States is talking about violation of human rights in Iran, while the whole world is disgusted of extensive violation of human rights in USA and by US government around the world".

Issuing a statement on Tuesday, President Bush expressed regret over continuation of Iranian journalist Akbar Ganji's imprisonment, asking for his "Immediate release" and proper medical treatment.

According to a news report issued by foreign ministry's media department, Asefi called the statement a reaction to Iranians negative response to President Bush's earnest request from them not to go to the IRI's 9th Presidential Election polls.

4. These human rights violations
are not an aberration in "America's" litany of bloody atrocities.

When will the totality of the American nightmare that the world has endured for centuries be honestly examined by the American people.

Those in C. America know the dirty truths.
Those on the Rez know about the gulag on Turtle Island

It is time for all to stop living the lie that is "America".

The (False) ideals of "America" were drafted by slaveholders on blood soaked soil with the ghosts of small Red Children looking over their shoulders.

It's probably far worse than publicly-available information indicates, c.f. Gladio. Might be a good idea to mirror that site.

6. Its a sad day when Iran can criticise your human rights record without
being laughed at. Last year on a BBC edition of Question Time i also heard a Chinese minister talking of "matters of degrees" and of "interpretation" when questioned on human rights. He cited the US every time to deflect from himself.

Nice one. the US has set back the cause of global human rights decades.

to do about it? Will the world begin to fund political opposition to Bush within the US like the Bush administration does in Lebanon, Syria, Iran, and Venezuela and Cuba? The world needs to understand that Bush=most Republicans.
