So many lives ruined for nothing but the madness of this mal-administration.

4. Yes, and many little girls
were shown. I looked at each and everyone's face and made them mine for the second.

5. yes, you are right - so many little girls
too

I was glad that they acknowledged and saluted those that have paid the ultimate price in this country.

Thank you for caring, I know how easy it is to try to shut it all from one's mind and go on as though it isn't happening (because so many people do just that and the media just has a field day ignoring the cost of war).

6. If we no longer care for the survival of our youngest
we are sick indeed. What is sicker is to sacrifice our young kids who went into the service to gain a chance at schooling or just to earn a living and have benefits. This war, will be truly known as the war of the voluntary needy with a few exceptions.

3. I was in Erie, Pa over the weekend where this soldier was from
and my brother-in-law (the good one - the Dem) and I were trying to figure where was the outrage over this 'pack of lies' and the Iraq War. Well, I was looking at a couple of days old local newspaper (The Erie Times-News) and I noticed the page 1 headline story was something about local school taxes and how gambling revenue in Pa. might reduce them. Now, Erie is about as blue collar and Dem as they come but this only newspaper is way conservative. Now way in on page 10 was a small story about 50 killed by car bombs in Iraq and buried in that story was just barely a mention of 5 US soldiers killed by IEDs.

The shit is not being reported - nobody knows what the heck is going on. I will be interested to see where in the paper this local GI's death gets reported.

7. It is so awful that so many
girls and boys had to die so brush could get some oil for his base of billionaires. While they sit eating caviar and expensive wine, our young people are dying. While the brush girls are on their hands and knees at elaborate parties, our young people are dying. While brush stumbles over words he doesn't understand or can even pronounce, our young people are dying. I wonder if they ever think of those people they have killed? I wonder if they are ever bothered by the people they have sent to their death?
