| Thousands Of UC Workers Stage One-Day Strike |
 POSTED: 12:22 pm PDT May 26, 2005 UPDATED: 1:26 pm PDT May 26, 2005 DAVIS, Calif. -- Thousands of University of California employees were in picket lines Thursday, taking part in a one-day strike. The strike is in protest of what a union for 10,000 research and technical employees at all 10 UC campuses calls "bad faith bargaining, failure to respond to information requests and unilateral changes."
