3. more than jail he seems to have a serious problem and jail may be the best
place for him... the article mentions that he beat up the 13 y/o who initially loaned him the phone after she did not want to open the door for him a second time and he pushed his way into the house that second time. Remember that his initial crime/accident was the killing of a 6 year old whom the defense claims he was just wrestling.

No. It looks like Tate does not need to be out on the streets as it looks like he might again one day--and in the not too distant future cause some serious harm to some one.

5. I just don't know what else we expect from putting a child that young
into prison. That he'll come out all sunshine and roses?

already killed another child at a very tender age. What, did you expect that he will behave all sunshine and roses just because his conviction was overturned? Prison? It's prison's fault? What made him to kill another child before he ever went to prison?

7. Buh-bye
Enjoy prison, Tate- you had a chance, you blew it. Really blew it. Now it seems that you're going back to where you belonged in the first place.

City cops deliver pizza bandits to jail

Lancaster New Era

LANCASTER COUNTY, PA - Following every pizza delivery person in Lancaster City on a Saturday night is not easy. But in an effort to catch a group of armed gunmen targeting fast-food delivery people, city police tried their best — and succeeded.

... The suspects were calling in orders and then robbing the delivery people when they arrived. The first night they stole cash and food, police said, but later the robbers just took the cash.

On Saturday night, detectives secretly followed pizza delivery people, waited outside suspects’ homes and drove around streets in the section of the city where the robberies were occurring.

... In the end, it was a victim’s good description, broadcast almost immediately to city police officers, that led to the speedy arrests. As of this morning, six people have been charged in connection with the holdups, police said. ...
