Spy photos spot signs of N Korea nuclear test site
American officials believe that new satellite photographs of North Korea show intensive preparations for a possible nuclear weapons test, it was reported
yesterday.
The imagery is said to show tunnels being dug under a mountain in the north-east of the country and then rock and building materials being taken back in, possibly in an effort to contain an underground blast.
The pictures also show what appears to be an observation stand a few miles away.

4. My thoughts, exactly
I wonder what will come out of this:

Bush will attack N. Korea unilaterally, therefore we will need a draft

or

The world will finally stand up to Bush and declare enough is enough, you will not attack N. Korea-the consequences will be that we attack the US, therefore starting WWIII,

or

Bush, being the bully that he is, will be intimidated by N. Korea's supposed weapons and run with his tail between his legs, ignoring the issue altogether.

10. With the control he has
All Bush needs is to hit China in a way that makes it look like North Korea did it, and we're off the hook.

China wipes NK of the map for us, and we're done with it.

6. US won't attack DPRK unless DPRK attacks someone first.
We can't. Japan and South Korea must be parties to it, and they face insurmountable domestic political opposition to it.

However, DPRK is run by an actual (not figurative) madman. As in paranoid delusional substance-abusing psychopath.

What DPRK will do is anyone's guess, just as what a crackhead will do next is anyone's guess.

BTW, the test hole is for real. Pretending it's a coal mine will not make it go away.

Peace.

7. Didn't they already try this trick? Using pics of a facility in one...
...country and magically have them identical to a facility in another?

8. They learned
Don't release the pictures, just blabber about them. And for good measure, say they may be trying to trick us.
