FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE


MARINE KILLED IN ACTION

CAMP FALLUJAH, Iraq -- A Marine assigned to 2nd Force Service Support Group was killed in action today while conducting a combat logistics patrol enroute to Al Qaim.

The Marine was killed when the vehicle he was in struck a land mine.

The name of the deceased is being withheld pending next of kin notification.

8. Visuals mean so much to
people and the way they react to things. That's of course why they** are keeping these photos and the caskets and funerals away from the populous and low profile.

If the public saw the real results of this invasion I bet there'd be a big reaction to it.

I lived through the Vietnam era and my two years younger brother was there. He came back alive, physically uninjured, but he has never been the same after what he saw and did. I don't even know where he is for years now. I guess those bastards who had those horrid little purple heart bandaids would stick one on my poor lost baby brother because he wasn't hurt enough.

I never thought I'd live to see it again but here it is, Vietnam all over again. Dammit to Hell!

7. How sad...
I was once assigned to the 2d FSSG out of Camp Lejeune, NC.
My bet is that this was a young man or woman as they all seem to be.
God, I hate this fucking war.
