Murder Of Judge's Family Spurs Wide Search For Clues

CHICAGO -- A federal judge in Chicago is in protective custody, following the shooting deaths of her husband and her mother.

Authorities said U.S. District Judge Joan Humphrey Lefkow found the bodies when she returned home from work about 6 p.m. Monday.

WMAQ-TV in Chicago reported that both victims were shot multiple times about the face and chest.

Lefkow was once the target of a white supremacist's failed murder plot, but authorities aren't saying the deaths are related to that case, and declined to discuss that scenario in a news conference Tuesday. They said the possible involvement of hate groups is just one aspect of the investigation.

Detectives are conducting a wide search for clues throughout the judge's professional life. The city's chief detective added that it's way too soon to know who was behind the double murder or what the motive may have been.

Apparently problems were developing in subpoenaeing Jeff Gannon alias Johnny Gosch as to data on blowing the cover of Valerie Plame. Not in open court, the Special Prosecutor took up the federal grand jury problems reportedly with Judge Lefkow. Those working on the problem secretly were well aware that pulling on the whorehouse chain would bring in George W. Bush himself, as a federal criminally indicted defendant having committed treason directly using Gannon alias Gosch.

In the press, a neighbor of Judge Lefkow is commenting on the double murder, "I hope it does not involve anything on her docket, because if it does, then judges everywhere would be fearful."
Who if not the Bush White House and the Gestapo-like Homeland Security would want to put the "terrorist" fear into judges everywhere?

Of the 14 members of the House and Senate who are apparent "pals" of Escort Service operative Gannon alias Gosch, has been U.S. Senator Arlen Specter (R., Penn.). He is reportedly suffering from an erarly version of AIDS.

Cynics claim that if Specter got AIDS from Gannon alias Gosch, that it would be a suitable punishment. Specter in 1964 sat on the infamous Warren Commission and created the phantasy that became Warren Commission Exhibit 399. that supposed lone assassin Oswald shot a bullet found in pristine condition laying on a hospital cart in a hospital where President John F. Kennedy was pronounced dead. How did it do such damage to Governor Connally and the President and yet remain in perfect condition as a bullet?

I'll make no statements about anyone's guilt or innocence in this dastardly crime. But if the motive for it had anything to do with the judge's caseload and rulings, how does this not qualify as a terrorist act?

And if the Bush administration can't protect federal judges, why would anyone in his or her right mind think that the Bush administration can protect the general public?

Lefkow is a U.S. Magistrate Judge, pending ratification, to

district court bench. The ratification has been held up, in
part
because of that we complained about her, that she allowed
a
Justice Department official to threaten me outside her
door --
she's a witness to it! And there's a direct connection to
Vince
Foster's sister.

Further than that, you may recall I had commented (and I

on Foster's
brother-in-law, Sheila Foster's husband Beryl Anthony (the Anthony
family is huge in Arkansas), who is
a
top official of the Winston and Strawn law firm, in
their
District of Columbia office. The chairman of that firm is
the
former governor of Illinois, Jim Thompson. And in a
television
show, I've accused him and his law firm of being involved
in
massive smuggling of high-purity heroin, called

7. Hate group link played down in murder case

Police in New York refused to make a definitive link between the killing of a judge's mother and husband with a white supremacist group that once targeted her in a failed murder plot.

The judge, Joan Lefkow, the wife of murdered lawyer Michael Lefkow, 64, has been placed under federal protection after returning to her Chicago home from work to find the bodies in the basement. Alongside her husband was her mother, Donna Humphrey, 89. Both had been shot in the head.

Detectives acknowledged speculation linking the deaths to a white supremacist who was convicted last year of soliciting an undercover FBI informant to kill Mrs Lefkow but they said it was simply one aspect of the case being investigated.

Police chief, James Molloy, said: "There is much speculation about possible links between this crime and the possible involvement of hate groups," he said. "This is but one facet of our investigation. We are looking in many, many directions but it is far too early to draw any definitive links."

We'll see where this leads, but there is already a history of freepers threatening her and now celebrating these murders online. you can bet Jim Rob will be on the look out for any incriminating threads and will make them vanish pretty quickly.
